And The Winner Is.............

I sure had so much fun with the 'Guess The Ingredients' fun game!
.
Had such an overwhelming response with more than 65 fine guesses !!!! Now I've some real fun ideas for cooking ...... am thinking of testing them in my kitchen ;)
.
First to the dish, it is.........drum roll please......:
Avocado Masala Buttermilk!
.
I blended 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup water, 1/2 avocado, 1 green chili, 1tbsp coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp ginger paste, salt to taste and 1/2 tsp cumin powder to make this smooth and creamy concoction!
It was delicious, with a spicy kick to it and the avocado blended very well with the buttermilk!
Do try this nutrition of a glass for a different flavor!

    Wow.. i never would've guessed that in my wildest dreams but what a cool idea. I used to love (acquired taste though) avocado milkshakes when studying in Singapore but later found they were super fattening (good or bad fat, it makes one gain weight! ) so stopped drinking it. The buttermilk recipe sounds awesome Richa.. great idea there.

    avocados are often eaten wit sour cream. buttermilk is a natural progression from that. i can imagine how good this tasted.

    Wow! If only i had thought of Avocado...so close ;) mi purna weekend tuhjya dusrya hint chi vaat baghat hote...but didn't realize that maybe someone had already guessed and hence there was no 2nd hint :)
